Single Cards (raw or graded)

You may return any single card for a full refund for any reason within five (5) days of receipt. You simply need to send us an e-mail before your return, which will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. This policy applies to both graded and non-graded cards. If you wish to return a card which was rejected as altered by PSA, we will handle these occurrences on a case-by-case basis, and may issue a store credit or refund based on the a reasonable standard. 


Autographed Cards (raw or graded)

Slabbed cards may be returned any single card for a full refund for any reason within five (5) days of receipt. The same process applies as does with regular raw or slabbed cards detailed above. Raw signed cards are 100% satisfaction guaranteed and can be returned for any reason within 90 days of purchase. We always provide the provenance of a particular card in the listing so be sure and make a note of this as you are considering a purchase - especially in the case of modern player signatures, PSA may opt not to certifiy a card that they specifically mentioned in an auction letter as precertified. In the event of a card failing authentication we will refund the purchase price and reimburse your return shipping only. 


We ship with the United States Postal Service only. At checkout you will be able to choose between First Class, Priority and Insured deliveries. In all three instances domestic deliveries will be updated after the delivery with a USPS on-line tracking number.
